My name is Dr. Klara Adalena

Maybe you never heard about me.
And that's OK for me.
I don't seek publicity much.

My life is great the way it is - doing rituals at sacred spots, living close to nature with my cats, meditating and giving personal mentoring to my high end clients from all over Europe.

Now we know each other somewhat better… you realize i am a very normal person but i made some special choices - So let's talk a moment about what my life looked like in 1991

I was 30 eand I lived in Utrecht, Netherlands.

I just got my PhD in theoretical physics but my heart and soul were lonely.

I had no love in my life.

I had no relationship.

… and I had just broken up with a married guy that I was too ashamed about to tell anyone.

I wanted kids and a family, and many told me: "it will come".

For me that wasn't happening.

If you want love, then just working on yourself and waiting till you're ready is a bad strategy.

To be honest, I tried.

I took years of therapy and went to many trainings.

It wasn't working.

I was playing the game like everyone was, and it wasn't working…

I ended up with an amazing Man... Then found myself sabotaging it…

It sucked, but it was also a wake up call.

I realized I had a dream of love, a knowing how it would feel and how we would grow together and that I wouldn't find it in the "normal" way.... but I was committed to find it… I wanted more in my life.

… and spending my years in desolate office buildings and coming home to a dark and cold house while seeing my friends get married and start a family was absolutely not what I wanted.

So I did what everyone what would do in my situation.

I started looking for solutions outside of the "normal" paths.

I went to the Himalayas, Mount Everest, and up there between the vastness and purity of the mountains my mind was blown open and I experienced a direct connection with Mother Earth and myself unlike anything I'd ever known.

I knew instantly that this was what I had been looking for all along, and that I wanted more.

After that I started looking for theories and models that helped me get closer, but it was hard to find. Slowly I realized when done right, connection always leads to a spiritual experience - like I had experienced in the mountains. Very few of our theories get this - I learned a lot though from a Belgian priest turned trainer. But what turned out to be most helpful as a model was shamanic ritual. It's a healing journey to the divine and the connectedness of all, and that is exactly the kind of connection I want in my life.

I wanted to share this with more women, and this lead to the start of my Priestess training, founded in 2004, then the first in Netherlands (and one of the first in the world), which became very successful and helped define the Goddess movement in Netherlands and give it the grounded depth it is known for.

All the coaches, trainings and programs think of connection in the horizontal. But we have to include the divine. This changes everything. As I was teaching, a simple mechanism to create this total, immediate connection began to show itself, and I called it: the Woowoo Cycle. It's at the core of my E-book and the sentences.

Ask yourself…

Why am I successful in everything I do but still having dates that suck after all these years? Truth is, you're looking for a level of connection nobody is speaking about - that's why I developed the Woowoo Cycle.

Why have I worked on all my attachment patterns, father wounds, etc etc but am I still stuck in dating? It's shocking but true: the problem was never the attachment patterns, wounds or anything like that. In fact you know that because many women with similar wounds and patterns are in amazing, conscious relationships. Step out of this myth. What you need is something way more simple, but which honors the depth and heart you want from a date.

Is there something wrong with me? Nope, in fact, you are more in tune with what conscious connection is then most, and you have the guts not to settle for less and believe in your own compass. All you need is an approach that meets you where you are - and some examples of what that would sound like on a date.

Am I too much? Arrggghh, this is such a destructive myth! Dear woman, your sensitivity, emotions, success, smartness, income, career, ambition, commitment it is your GIFT not your curse! Current coaching models don't meet you, but that is their problem - glad you held out until you found me and 1st Date Woowoo.

Are my expectations too high? This is how women have been tamed and shamed since the beginning of patriarchy... no one ever told a man his expectations were too high! Keep believing in yourself, you have held on to what love and connection is when the whole world went bonkers... and my clients have proved for you that with my Woowoo Cycle and the sample sentences to kick you off, you can have what you desire.

Coaching and therapy seemed like the perfect way for my clients too to get the dates and relationship they wanted…

But what really worked for them?

That was their life and they were almost ready to settle for having a child alone or a dog or a life consisting of work only.

But luckily, they kept being alert.

that was before they met me, but "fast-forward" to today, and all of this seems like nothing more than a bad dream for them.

I have proven that the "normal" way of getting open minded, open hearted dates with depth just doesn't work…

Instead of working on ourselves in coaching, but then finding ourselves in our mind, judgmental and protective on a date anyhow - and then blaming him it was bad or boring or thinking there's something wrong with us - just doesn't do it.

Now, my clients are in happy relationships, with deep soul connection, growing mutually together. They have started families, bought homes, and their happiness is contagious. They bring authenticity and love wherever they go and their careers (and bank accounts) have gone next level.

And they don't have to keep fitting in and adapting and compromising.

Because that's a sure strategy to lose yourself.

Too many of us have tried that already (and it always ends bad and then takes years for you to recover).

Instead of getting a relationship that let them become more themselves, soar higher, have more love - they lost themselves, lost their edge, and felt even more lonely.

The #1 Mistake I see Everyone making is they fall into blaming

This is what that looks like: there's two types of conscious women:

There's men-blamers and there's self-blamers.

Many women start out with men-blaming.

Men-blamers are always looking for a better man, seeking the answer outside themselves

Their strategy is to find that one needle in the haystack

And because they focus on this strategy, they spend endless time:

Going on yet another dating app, swiping through thousands of profiles and chatting with hundreds of men.

Giving every match a chance, and another, just to be sure they are not missing that one golden opportunity.

Coming home disappointed from the date, because even though they knew he wasn't right, they still hoped.

Complaining to their girlfriends about how there's no good men in London, or Berlin, or wherever they live.

This just devours their energy and time.
